My experience with Apple from Loew in general was good. Apple was very accommodating throughout the reno process and was willing to make multiple changes last minute. She was very responsive and even worked during night time and weekends to clarify our queries. Price was not the lowest but definitely made up for in Apple's professionalism and attention to detail. Was also able to customize and reduce costs midway with Apple. Apple was also accommodating and diligent in fixing defects before handover and rechecked items as per original quote before final payment (was able to amend accordingly and diligent in removing charges for items which were unable to be done). Had also worked well with multiple of my external vendors and ensure products were delivered in good quality even though not under her.
